When will a helpr be assigned to my booking request?

Our goal is to assign a helpr within 3 business hours of receiving your booking request.

  • Last minute, same day and next day booking requests: 
    • If you have requested a specific helpr through your Favorites, we will contact them first. If they are unavailable for the job, we will send the request out to the Helpr Network.
  • Booking requests scheduled days/weeks in advance:
    • We give more time for your favorite helprs to respond to the booking request before sending out to our network. It is only sent to the network if you have selected the Helpr Network option.
