What are the qualifications for an Uploaded Provider?

Your benefit can be used with your trusted network. This includes, friends, relatives, neighbors and providers that your family feels fully comfortable with. Exclusions apply.

Provider qualifications include:

• Providers must live outside of your home. 
• Providers cannot be a spouse or co-parent.
• Providers must be at least 16 years-old.
• Providers cannot be a current full time employee of your family such as full-time nannies and providers who work regular hours with your family.
• Providers cannot be tutors or teachers who's primary role is to support your child's academics as this is not backup care. 
• Providers must be individuals, they cannot be care centers. 

If your provider doesn’t qualify, you can submit a different provider -  submit as many providers as you like. Provider profiles are not public - they are only visible to the family who uploaded them.

Helpr does not run any safety or background checks on uploaded providers. Any screenings should be performed directly by the family. We can give you a few pointers on resources if you email us, hello@helpr-app.com.

***Individual providers can only uploaded as providers your family one time. If you need to edit the information of an existing provider, email hello@helpr-app.com with the name of the provider and the changes you'd like to make and we'll be happy to help!
