Does Helpr screen my uploaded provider?

All uploaded providers should be screened directly by the family. 

Helpr is not responsible for screening or running background checks on providers. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the quality of providers uploaded to the Helpr app. If you would like help running a background check, contact our support team hello@helpr-app.com and we can give you a few pointers.

Our approval criteria is totally independent of your screening such as interviews and background checks for these providers. Resources can be provided by our team for third party vendors for those resources, if needed.
