Here are some tips for helping the process go as smoothly as possible:

You’ll have a consultation with one of our expert Care Consultants and we’ll create a personalized job posting for your desired provider. 

  • It’s best to have all details (schedule, tasks, etc.) confirmed before starting the search so we find the providers that will meet your needs. 
  • Your dedicated Care Consultant will be reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates as quickly as possible. They will also update you on the progress of your project weekly.
  • The care provider market moves quickly. Your Consultant will email you regularly - please respond as quickly as possible to keep great candidates. Even with 24 hour delays, we sometimes see candidates moving ahead with other opportunities.

Your Consultant will send you up to 3 qualified candidates for consideration. Our rigorous screening process ensures we are sending you providers that fit your needs. 

Our 7-point screening process includes:

  • Virtual interview
  • Qualitative reference checks 
  • ID verification 
  • Criminal background check (monitored for 1 year)
  • CPR certification check (monitored on an on-going basis)
  • DUI check
  • Social media check (monitored for 1 year)

Qualifications:

We will send you candidates who meet the experience and competence qualifications from your job description. 

  • Resume review - has relevant professional experience 
  • Video interview - demonstrates professionalism, competence and dedication

Availability: Candidates have availability that fits your advertised schedule.

Rate: Candidates have agreed to your advertised hourly range.

Training/certifications: Candidates’ formal training has been verified (specialty services, CPR certification).

If you choose to proceed with a candidate, we’ll start their comprehensive criminal background check and check their references.
