Can I change the helpr assigned to my booking?

If your booking is more than 24 hours away, you can cancel and rebook without fees or loss of benefit hours. Please note, we cannot guarantee re-filling your request but we will do our best!

You can block Helpr sitters who don't seem to be a match for your family. This is anonymous so the sitter won't receive a notification that they've been blocked, they simply won't receive your requests any longer. To block a Helpr sitter, search their name under the helprs tab in your app, and then from their profile, select block helpr.
