What if my provider doesn’t have a bank account?

Helpr pays providers through direct deposit using Stripe, which requires linking a payment account to either a debit card or a bank account. If your provider doesn’t have a bank account, we’re still here to help!

Providers who use Venmo can set up direct deposit to their Venmo account or obtain a Venmo debit card, both of which are free and don’t require a bank account. You can learn more about these options with Venmo here. PayPal offers a similar debit card option that your provider can explore here.

Once your provider has set up a Venmo or PayPal debit card or a Venmo direct deposit account, they can link it to their Stripe account to receive payments from Helpr.
